It a better idea to run draw-through.
Much easier to setup & to tune.

draw through has its draw backs though
imo blow through is better.....
far better throttle response for one.
allows you to run an intercooler safely.
for me, the idea of running fuel/air mix through a heap of piping and cooler isnt the best...
along with that, theres less time for the fuel to come out of suspension.

True, but a lot of people wanting to run a turbo carb setup are doing it very cheap and nasty, so not running an IC.
