ok.. thus far - total of 16 people coming down that I know of.
Dean - how many tables can you get / available?

we can either pair up (4 per table) and book 4 tables...
or just play a bit of 1 on 1 action, in which case we'll need at least 8 tables..

we could do one on one games but just not have every one play at once. I'll book 4 tables with craig tonight. so people can watch the other games and have a break between the rounds.

Damo are you going to set up a tournament thing. or is it just a fun night.
if tournament, have round of 16, then round of 8 etc. knock out style. but let the onest got knocked out continue playing. That way at the end of the night we just split the cost by 16 people.

no time to organise a tournament this time around. its more of a fun night to see how it goes and all that. if its successful then we might get a tournament happening next time around.

I'd like to have as many people playing at once as possible.. so that way no one feels left out or ripped off cos they didn't get enough table time or whatever..
I don't want some people paying $5 cos they only had a couple of games, while others are expected to pay $25 or something like that. Would be nice to spread the cost evenly.
