about $60 each. so just under $250 for the lot

not too bad. an engineering place would probably take 1/2 @ 100ish to do each. similar price

I was sure the last quote I got was $100 each. Availbilty? Might have to ring again and check.
What would an eng place do, cut the pin out and replace with a larger one?
    Cheers,

My next project will have a door technique never before seen in the world.

Well, actually it has been seen, but will still be unusual AND usable. Just give me 5 years, by which time some one else will have done it, it will be copied by everyone, gone out of fashion and be gay, and will then become cool and unique again in time for me to finish my vehicle.

tell your mate not to park his euro trash next to your sports car

lambo doors are not cheap.... you need to do some serious work to fit them.
and aw11s are heavy enough without adding that sort of thing.

they would machine out a bigger hole (the original hole would be oval) and put a bigger pin in it

You mustn't have been looking very hard champ, I know of at least two that had "normal" doors.

It looks like one of those Karmelion kits makde in the UK.

I think they are pretty average looking but they are fairly cohesive and do totally change the look of the AW.

I think the scissor doors are optional.

Blue cars don't usually do it for me but thats a nice shade and it looks like there was some really good prep work put in to that car.

I personally think there are better things you can be doing to an AW11 before changing the door hinges. Once you have it going fast and turning faster then worry about how it looks.

I personally like the stock look.

Bingo, I'm almost positive that's what it is. I've got respect for anyone that takes care of their car but yeah definitely not for me. The AW11 doesn't suit bodykits (because the factory look is awesome ), the SW20 does.

You also have to do a fair bit of modification to get the Karmelion on (it doesnt just bolt up)
