Karls got a good point, a growing number of bikes have fans - they might be more efficient than a 15 year-old AC fan from ABC wreckers.
If you look at the photo above you'll see the oil cooler is mounted above the intercooler so it won't do any "interwarming", and it's also directly behind the grille so airflow at speed will be about as good as it gets. I should mention that my car has had a history of overheating problems since doing the 2JZ conversion so I'm doing everything I can to keep the temps down - I doubt an oil cooler fan will do much but every little bit helps right?

Setrab do integrated coolers with fans in a few different sizes.(called fan packs)
amazing what a new mobile phone, a laptop and a capped call plan can do for your internet access
norbie - check out the aux rad fan on a jza80 - i reckon thatd fit if you wanted to persist

whats the dimensions of your cooler
JZX83+ FMIC+ Twin 2.5" dumps to 3"+ FCD+ 2800rpm stallie+ 14psi - LSD - good tyres = 12.85 @105.58
The boobs are back
Its about 170 across with the blades about 45mm long so its got a pretty large hub.

I wouldn't bother unless this is for an endurance racer, or something that gets thrashed, then idles, then thrashed, then idles, repeatedly, never shutting down.
Idling doesn't overheat oil like the cooling system will, with its pretty poor low speed circulation centrifugual type pump. The low bearing loads & piston temps just don't give off that much heat to it.
The oil temp will still climb some because it is still removing heat from the head & valves & crank, but'll be well below its breakdown point.
Also, any fan & ducting will probably windup restricting airflow when moving!
Also,also thermo switch & relay/valve for 12V/flow??

Doing the things that aren't popular... cause being popular and being good are often distinctly different.
just hazzarding a guess, a fan that looks ideal size would be the side vent fan from an aw11 mr2. or alternativly the intercooler fan from an sw20 turbo. both look like they would fit on there a treat and both move a bucket of air.
I use the 120 mm pc type fans x2 on the front of my trans cooler , in summer the air neally burns u , 2 of them pull ample air for a small cooler , they are not water proof, just dont soak them . mine run with the ign and havent died yet in yrs
