    Lightbulb Wheel tubbing: TA22 RA23

    has anyone here mini tubbed their RA23 or TA22? if you have, i'd like some pics if you have any and i'd also like to know what troubles u had if any etc. Also who in sydney would people here recommend to do tub work? i know of a couple but im interested to see who else is around

    This is my ra23 which I hope to finish off one day. Im going to ditch this setup however and install a rear clip.

    haha looks like alot like my 23
    GA23(never finished-now with cracked block ) JZX83 (Tyre eater) 3sgte AE86. by now i should know better.

    When you find someone to do the work. Pay the extra cost that may come up with it. you will
    be so much happier......my project has taken so long because I had to do alot of work
    over.
    I'm happy the way it looks. but it ha cost more than I wanted...

    Pube.. mate what size rims u running under yours? do you have any pics of the under side i'd like to see your rear end setup.

    Im not too sure what I will be using now as I will be building a dedicated drag car. To get street registered you cant go wider than 10". I have some 10" wide rims with I think 305 tyres and they fit nicely. Under the car is a bit of an issue, it gets a bit messy as you have to mount coilovers and I have a narrow 9" diff. The chassis is a bit narrow making it messy to mount the coilovers. The short upper trailing arm config I have predicted will slow me down so the only answer is a rear clip.
