Strange Noise Coming from Engine

hey guys, i got a 95 Celica ZR, with a 2.2 ltr 5sfe engine, the thing is everytime i rev past 4k, either stationary or moving at 5th gear, a strange ringing sound starts to occur, like some metal rattling inside the engine bay, i've asked the mechanics that changed over my gearbox, they said they can't hear anything, it's been doing it since i brought the car last yr, which since then has seen a new right drive shaft, 2nd hand ST 202 gearbox and now requires a rear engine mount to be replace. Any ideas what be appreciated, thanks

i would check all your exhaust heat shield bolts and also check if your front engine pipe bracket is not cracked or loose

Also check the flex joint on your echaust under your engine somewhere near the crossmember at the first pipe join.. the middle part sometimes comes loose and they rattle inside each other and make a noise not unlike a loose heatshield!
Hope you find it .. I HATE rattles .. my WRX had many many rattles ..

i brought mine from croydon last year mate, but yep it's red
