I got to buy another helmet tomorrow, mine has the sticker but had another sticker over it. It also has the tag sewn into the lining, but the last 2 times I have been out there they have told me to get a new helmet. Any suggestions? I was just going to try cash converters

Well its tues night and bugger it all my car is pulled apart as i had a small manifold leak at the wastegaste.Had a hell of a time getting it off as the tial is hard to reach and uses allen key bolts [1/3 of a turn at a time] and one bolt was damaged.
I am hoping to put it together after work wed and make it out by 5.30.fingers crossed.I reckon this nice cool air may well result in some PB's.I have only been once before and 14.45 was my best time, would love to crack 13,s with a better method out of the hole.

yep, with twins at 14.5psi,still on same tune and boost with the single until i fit larger injectors etc.

edit-made it out,got one run before overpowering the stock clutch on the second run and had the sense to leave it at that so i can still use the car in normal circumstances.

Ran 14.2 with a bogged start, track was real sticky.Fantastic conditions really! nice and cool with a sticky track, confident of a high 13 with a decent start but was not to be.

I know at least 2 of the boys improved their times and others had clutch issues like myself.........wont steal their thunder.Great to see cars close to stock doing low 13's

    theres always next time.................

    Hey guys,

I got a bit of video of a few of the toyota guys out there tonight.

I was on the start line area with my son so didnt really get around to where all the cars are to speak to anyone. (bit noisy for him even with the big old air force air muffs).

I'll try and capture soon and upload somewhere.

There was one car that turned my head as I hadnt seen one look so nice, the purple ra40(?) with the turbo....nice bonnet vents, nice vents in the guards....overall just nice.

I have a couple of shots of the the Silver Supra (wilbo?) and the red RA40 (chuckster) going at it....I couldnt really get the times as on camera it was all blown out due to the lights....

Great result! Flat 13's are within reach if you can sort out that launch.
