why not?
when changing from a stock exhaust to a 3" exhaust on any turbo car there is a usually a gain of 2-3psi, why would removing a highly restrictive cat and replacing it with a straight thru piece of 3" pipe not make a diffrence aswell?
so you've got and extra few PSI over me due to having no cat? i dont think so.

If you put a good size cooler on and a nice exhaust, then the boost naturally increases, i dont see why removing a restriction such as a cat wouldnt have the same effect.

well, ill go outside and take a picture of my exhaust, and you'll see why his lack of cat makes no difference.
oh wait, i dont need to, ill just tell you, i dont have a cat either.
Elmo.
well why didnt u say that in the begining then?
I'm gonna blame my FMIC then 600x300x100mm apart from that i can c no reason why my car runs 13-15psi with no boost controlling device and all new vacume hoses.
i didnt say it because you said having no cat was the reason your running more boost...
i also did say, first off, that your exhaust was pretty much the same as mine, the only difference being where stuff is positioned, bends etc.
id be inclined to think it was the cooler too, as theres not much more different.
