i don't know about knock sensing, but wideband sensors,, you might find these more sensibly priced:
innovate LC1 (2 outputs, should connect directly to ECU so you dont have to log two devices)
techedge (1 output i think)
There's probably an innovate reseller in the UK ... not so sure about the techedge, but it's highly recommended. I ordered an LC1 from the US from DIY Autotune who were faster than any local seller.

) from Canada. It comes with a bosch knock sensor, all cables required and LED warning. It also has an output to go to an ecu for datalogging through the coolant temp sensor (which acts as a safety as temp goes down, fuel will go in). It was $140AU so pretty cheap. It is adjustable so what you do is put it on the dyno once and get the operator to tell you when it is actually knocking through the headphones and then adjust to suit. I also use jaycar super ear kit to listen to the engine.
