Any particular reason you want to do that?

shinny has a point. But I have seen it done on a 1g. Purely for the purpose of achieving the fully sik fluttaz. And fluttaz it did!

The people with hotwire afm's (nissan's and VL turbos) do this all the time. I have seen it done on a 3sgte (vain/flapper afm) but i think the owner had some issues with it. i'll try and find the link (it was from a different forum)

i think the vane being blown backwards when you suddenly back off from full throttle would be uber bad - sudden fuel cut, fuel pump shuts off, and when you then attempt to accelerate again, engine will be way too short of fuel and the fuel pump tries to get fuel back up to engine.

But if you decide to continue down this path of madness, please post some pics of the rooted AFM when it all goes pear shaped...
