I wanted to learn a bit on this motor before going 1G. Then apply what ive learned on the 1G.. Also I didnt want the huge power increase the 1G would give me straight up.. Also, Id be able to use the new aftermarket ECU on my next motor wouldnt i? So it wouldnt be wasting as much money.. Does this sound like a not so bad plan now?

sounds like a good plan ... just expect it to cost 2 to 3 times as much as you expect.... mine did.
