    use a much simpler ecu like a 4 cy camry one or a 4YE tarago one , smaller size ecu . give it the throttle positon and rpm ,
    Or use a throttle sensor off a sv 22 camry , this has the L 1,2,3 direct out of the sensor , no ecu to use then ,

    yer i was thinking of using the camry type but i didnt know what vehicle it came off. cheers for that info as im going to go grab myself one just incase what im doing now with programming the picaxe doesnt go all to plan.

    the only problem with replacing the tps is that im pretty sure the signals for the other types have all changed. so the 2jzgte ecu wont be getting its signals anymore.. but im sure ill be able to work something one.

    does the camry ecu and such work in the same manner with 2 solinoids?
