    my aw11 was running a 4age redtop bigport with aw11 4agze setup.
went very very well, especially when used with the c52 box. higher comp = more hp, better ratios = faster faster!!

as stated all lines up and works very well. be sure to use the best fuel you can.
i was running timming at 8 deg on 95 octane with no problems

the biggest issue is the bigport has no boss for the knock sensor. and no knock sensor = fault code and lack of power.
so i made up a bracket to fit two unused holes in the block and fitted a sensor to that

works perfectly. installed pic is taken from behind and under s/c you can see the main water pipe that runs from back of pump to thermostat housing.
its bolted in so the lower edge is held solid against the ribs. you have to make sure it cant move or vibrate.

my current 4agte is my original 4age block, the boss for the knock sensor was there, same spot on the block as the 4agze had it, just no hole. so i drilled and tapped a thread there for the knock sensor.

i never removed the engine, did it in the car.

cut a couple drill bits in half and resharpened them so i could get the drill in against the firewall.
