Re-engineering celica window lifters..

In restoring gen1 celicas, has everyone stayed with the origional window lifting mechanism? mine both rattle a bit and lift a bit chunky... has any one tried to replace the runners that the windows slide on or any other parts to improve how they work..

Hey,
What people are doing is replacing the standard plastic rollers with ball bearing rollers.
Also there was some discussion about getting the bushes re manufactured. Not sure whether it actually happend or not.
