I took my factory clutch to "The Clutch Factory" in Kewdale, told them I was going to abuse it. $418 later I left with an uprated pressure plate, heavy duty clutch plate, and a new throwout bearing pushed onto the clutch fork. 35000km later and it still doesn't slip.

    JCMO is on the money!

Take the flyhweel and clutch to a clutch shop, explain what you want (expected power, use [drag / stree / race etc]) and they will help at a much cheaper price than off the shelf is my experience.

do you have to give them the old clutch ? or can u just tell them what car / engine + gearbox it's for and buy something from them?
