I second that, the 165 will be having holes cut in the bonnet, it is just too damn hot under there.

What Richard said is pretty close to what I am doing in the 165, but I have the 205 engine and I am going to run on stock internals till it pops! I am however using a T04E turbo and I will probably do 264 degree cams too.

The glass is neither half empty nor half full, rather the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Underdrive pulley, 2200cc Stroker kit and upgraded crankshaft has been cut from the plans.

BOV will be plumb-back and does not release to the atmosphere, so no phwoosh.

Looking into modifying the ST184 bonnet to allow heat dissipation... I want a sleeper, so the bonnet must stay. Heatwrapping all the lines (air, oil and fuel) will hopefully aid in this too. And a turbo heat-bag.

Also, thanks to -==L=a=N=c=E==- for his suggested plans which I will look into as a definite possibility, though the Whiteline works kit does not factor coilovers into the plan, I have looked into that.

    *bump*

Just wanted the post to go to the top one last time to make sure everything that's had to be said is said.

I cannot thank you all enough for guiding me through this ideas and giving me a good education on the right type of mindset for modification. It's been a valuable lesson I'll not soon forget.

Looking very forward to having the build ready and up on the site as a testament to the friendliness of Toymods community.

    Thankyou all again.

    Nick.
