put a breaker bar between the gearbox and green part on the driveshaft and lever it out theres a washer/sirclip that drops down and holds it in you so just lever it out with a big screwdriver or breaker bar

or you can get a big screwdriver in the slit on the green part of the driveshaft and hit the screwdriver with a hammer that will have the same effect i find the breaker bar way easier though

for the drivers side, undo the two carrier bolts. There sort of a support bracket that holds up the driveshaft. when the bolts are out, pull on it. there a little indent/notch that it sits in. then the driveshaft will just slide out easy,u wont have to lever it out.

an easier way to remove the driver side axle is to simply get some pliers onto that giant circlip, really easy to remove and don't have to touch any bolts.

getting the passenger one back in can sometimes be a major pain in the ass,get some thick ass grease onto it which helps it slide in easier, but more importantly keeps that little circlip centered and pops in much easier.

Just did it yesterday so all this is still fresh in my mind. save you cursing and breaking stuff in frustration
