Where to buy mobil oil in bulk

I change my oil fairly regularly and ive been doing some oil changes on a few other cars anyways im kinda sick of going to the auto shop every time i need oil and it would allways be nice to save some money by buying in bulk

I like mobil 1 oil and id like to start buying it in 20ltr drums ive had a look around on the net and mobils website for distributers and i cant seem to find anywhwere in sydney from my searches altho i could be looking in the wrong places

so yeah if anyone could help me out and point me in the right direction thatd be great

I dont like Mobil 1 - it's too thin for a 4A IMO, and too pricy....

... however, PM Toobs on these forums - he can supply Gulf Western oil in 20L drums. Damn good pricing too.

Gulf Western do a fully synthetic oil too, so you can stick to synth if you want.

Personally i've been buying the GW Protecta semi-synth 15W-50 oil. Damn good stuff, used about 60L in past couple of years

fair enough but i like the mobil product and the s2000 requires a 10w30 which mobil supply

mobil also have a 15w50

Yeah that's fair... but GW do have oils to suit the S2000.
They even have a specific "DRIFT and ciruit racing" oil - http://www.gulfwestern.com.au/products.asp?id=148

After using the the protecta ultra for my 4age, 4age, 18rge, and many other engines ive worked on.... i'm more than happy with it.

Also, the ultraclear 75W/90 gear oil is one of the best gearbox oils ive used, which ive tried in C52, C56, E58-11C, W50, T50, W58.

Looks like Gulf 1is the only fully synthetic one they have that you can buy in bulk.

looks like 3 of them are fully synthetic but there is not full synthetic in a 10w-30

Can supply 20L of any of the mobil oils (and 5L bottles). Well priced too. I just bought a 5L bottle of 10w30 and 15w50 from them.

20L of GW HiTech Premium would go down well here, kinda convenient the 102 and the 55 use 20W50

any auto store your on good terms with should be able to order it, they might not stock it but ic ant see why they cant order it in.
