Question:JZX100 auto to manual conv

Hey guys hopingsomeone can help me

I might be buying a JZX100 this weekend but it has been converted. Just wondering what they do with the ecu? does the auto ecu run the manual? If not and they use a man ecu does this alter the reading of km's on the car since it has dig dash or are the km's stored elsewhere?

yes you can run the manual on the auto ecu, and know it shouldnt do anything to the kms on the dash.

to run an auto ecu with a manual is most likely, usually it just takes grounding the Neutral start switch, and tricking another sensor i think. as to run an manual ecu from a differant car would be very hard, cause the chances of finding a manual ecu for a jzx100=nigh improbible

the km's is usually stored in the dash still, so it shouldn't alter that

the auto ecu controls the manual gears so u just press the gas and go go go
