I'm running 2X044 through two stock regs, and it's odds on the 1FZ reg and 2J reg are the same unit. (when I was running 1x044 I had a single stock reg).

Try the stock one if you've still got it.

Nice. Do you have a pressure gauge hooked up? What pressure does it run with the 044 and stock reg?

It's about 45psi with no vacuum hooked up at idle.

Even if it's a bit higher than std, because of the relationship between flow and pressure increases you won't see much difference.

I might just stick the stock one back on for now then. I don't trust the Malpassi.

When I was running one, I had a guage on the dash and it was perfectly consistant.

I don't know if I was doing something right or what...

Also - 50psi base seems high to me..

With malpassi and sard I had customers saying there cars run good one day and shit another , I tracked it down to the regs not holding consistant presure , Aeromotive are a bit over $300 plus fuel fittings , And I would say they are a lot better then the other two .

I think I will put the stock one back on.

I heard the Sard ones of Ebay are fake? Can anyone confirm or deny?
