Is the number I have for a ae101 gze head gasket.
i'm just wanting to know what the benifit is with the ACL race series conrod and main bearings with the HX ones, 0.001" extra oil clearance. i've always used standard ACL bearings in my rebuilds, but am ordering some bits today and want to try the race series bearings.
also i dont know if i am searching the wrong words or not, but i cannot find the genuine toyota 4agze HG part number listed in any of the thread i've brought up. does anyone happen to have the part # written down somewhere?
i'm tempted to just use a ACL 0.8mm or 1.5mm stainless head shim and Hylomar, anyone tried this?
cheers.

thanks, i'll take it to the dealer tomorow and see if it matches what they have found.
anyone shed any light on the bearing oil clearance?
bearing clearances depend on many many things...
speed of surfaces, temperature, oil pressure... and maybe most importantly, the properties of the oil itself... small bearing clearances, and an oil with low shear stress, may fail to maintain the oil film, but bigger clearances might not...
i dunno which oils work with what clearances at what bearing speeds tho.. sorry...

hrmmm... think i'll just stick with STD clearances then. had trouble getting them though, conrod in STD has to come from the factory...![]()
does anyone have an opinion of useing a stainless head shim and hylomar as a HG? myself i feel it would work well.
04111-16112 is the part number for the complete gze gasket kit.. (big port) they are suprisingly cheap... actualyl cheaper then i could get ACL.
