    i think the foolishness is my willingness to leave my current projects incomplete while i shift my attention (like a kid with ADD in dire need of Ritalin) to yet another engine project...

    plus ... Wilbo would pour scorn (and taunt) on me for neglecting (yet again) my megaquirt project.

    ... and i forgot, then there's my girlfriend/partner-in-mortgage to factor in.
