Oil - A decent fully synthetic matched to your local conditions. Personally I like Motul for my Gen 3.
BOV - You havent mentioned which Gen you have so if its a Gen 2 dont use a BOV, stick with the ABV recirculated or if you go aftermarket make it a plumb back. Venting BOV's on a Gen 2 (AFM equipped) can and will cause issues.
Boost - Gen 2 will have fuel cut around 12psi so to go over this you'll need a fuel cut defender or you can disconnect the boost sensor for a cheap alternative however this elimiates fuel cut entirely rather than shift it. FCD is a much better idea, after all fuel cut is a safety measure designed to prolong the life of your engine. Once fuel cut is out of the way you should be able to safely boost at about 12/13psi.
Boost controller - Depends what you want to spend and what features you want. I went with an electronic controller, the Apexi AVC-R to be exact as its very wank and has far to many features that I'll never use. Manual boost controllers are much cheaper.
