Mx83 Cressida Stereo Removal???? How The @#$%?

hey guys,

trying to remove the stereo out of the cressy to replace it with something 1/2 descent,

no how the hell do i get it out.....when it come's to plastic trim pieces and my bear like hand's.....i always break them!...

so has anyone got a good run down for me on how to do it?

BTW,.CRESSIDA.NET is closed.... and nothing helpfull on there for us,

But basically take off the trim piece above the steering column, and then undo the 2 screws which hold the stereo controls (at the top) in, and then unclip the trim around the shifter.
Once all that is done then you have 4x10mm bolts which hold the entire stereo assembly in.

ive been trying to remove the pannels down the side of the footwells.....AHAHAHA ME SO STUPID!

i would have never figured that!

and yes there is only one procedure for removing the stereo and other stuff
