Have done lots of reading!! But I think the 4agze is so much easier, the 3.0litre quad cam would be a dream!

I can vouch for the GZE for sure, but to be perfectly honest, I'd put a low-boost (say 7psi) turbo on your existing setup. You keep the weight off the back end, the response will still be good, and you'll have a much stronger top-end. Plus save some $$$
