as Ben said, any bearing shop.

i used to get all my nitrile, viton and silicon o-rings from Hoopers bearings in mascot (sydney), but any ABC/CBC/whatever bearing supply shop should be able to source any o-rings you need (and car bearings)

they should be very cheap.. like.. 20-30cents max...

the injector kits might have the little filter in them also.. but still $30 for 1 injector sounds stupid...

we used vaso on mine, no dramas as yet, also genuine toyota o-rings were like $7 a set (4) to suit 7mgte injectors.

Hallite seals in prince william drive seven hills, they're about 5c per 1000. half a dozen for a set of injectors they wouldn't even chage you for

Factory 4AGE manual recommends using petrol, so that's another option:

They are sealing petrol in, surely petrol would be worse for the rubber than anything else you could put on?

I just thought that the liquid used for getting them in there just needed to be some sort of lubricant. If you don't go crazy with it, it will burn off anyway. Aslong as it doesnt damage the seal.
