Default Replacing intake cam with US cam DIY tips

I am going to swap my intake cam over. Has anyone got any tips? Should I bother with a torque wrench? What torque spec are the cam cap bolts? How much does the cam seal cost? Anything else to look out for? What about lifter clearance?

Cheers any tips would be great.

    YES use a torque wrench!!

should be able to find a workshop manual somewhere

    try: http://www.1jz-gte.us

clearance should be about 006" to 008"
a fool remains undescovered untill he speaks!
