AE82 rear brake conversion need info ??

hi all,
wanted to know if anyone here could enlighten me with the AE82 rear brakes, what i want to do is convert my brothers AE82 hatch with drums on the rear to the twincam AE82 rear discs from what i've sussed out it all bolts up and that i would have to use the brake line and handbrake cable from the twincam set up aswell, please correct me if im wrong.

if im right and it does all swap over would the brake master cylinder and booster have to be changed to suit the rear discs, also by doing this conversion im not sure if the twincam fronts are bigger than the 4ac fronts its just that if they are i dont want the
car (4AC corolla) rear brakes to be locking b4 the fronts. any info would be greatly appreciated.
