Ed's was just a new piece from the pivot down.

Wilbo has CAD drawings of his own for it though.

I doubt any of Ed's was drawn, I think his machinist just did it on the fly.

I have been working on it and 20mm seemed good and I have the template made - should have this one done mid next week. I have it set for using the standard rubber insert for the pivot ball. I have had the top shaft significantly shortened too so it feels heaps nicer. Should be in and ready for viewing by next weekend. I will make the car available to view somewhere too.

10mm one is heaps easier, but really want a little less throw.

Well for $150 I'm gonna make an effort, would love to keep the length of the shifter and just change the throw. I like the height at the moment.

These ones are going to be significantly shorter than standard. If you want to modify yours to work I can get that done for you for $100. You can see the modded one we have and go from there if you like.

As for the complete project - Unfortunately there has been a small delay. The section from the pivot down has to be hardened and due to the small quantity (1) they are doing other bigger jobs first. This looks like it will be completed on Monday or Tuesday. Looking realy nice though. Will have pics later for it.

Okay, cheers for that. I might have to go and search for a spare shifter in that case. Pics would be awesome

If you can get pictures of the spacer and modified extension, that'd be great.

I hate to say it too but the throw still looks like a lot. That being said if it's a noticeable difference from what I have now I'd still be keen as I don't want it too short.
