Given the KE30 is originally carby this project is pretty easy.
The main thing is to get all the wires from the ECU running to the sensors/other stuff they need to on the engine. This is fairly easy once you have a wiring diagram.
Other than this there is very little that needs to be connected between engine and car. The things that spring to mind are:
- Constant 12V (to ECU)
- Ignition 12V (to a number of things)
- Start signal 12V (to starter, ECU and circuit opening relay)
- Wire the alternator (4A will be internally regulated, so you can piss off the external reg)
