I need help with diagnosis

I have had my car (supra) off the road for the past 6 months (licence issues)
While it was parked I removed the battery and deceided to replace my rear wheel bearings.I damaged one rear wheel speed sensor while taking it out so I ordered a new one and fitted it.
started car up and noticed "slip control off" light flashing (trac comp has been removed also) drove down to my regular servo and filled up the tank to get rid of old fuel and everything seemed ok ,then car started stalling at lights and running rough and every now and then will just cut out and I lose all ignition (no reds) I also lockd the brakes and A.B.S is not working.

Does the wheel sensor need to be calibrated or something? Im using a AP engineering Power fc if that makes a difference.

Summary:
* Disconnected battery
* Removed trac control computer
* Replaced 1 damaged rear wheel speed sensor
* Topped up with fuel
* Car is running rough/cutting out and all reds dropping out.
* A.B.S not working
* Apexi power fc fitted (prior to problems)

okay did i miss what kinda car this is, and in the summery i'm goin to assume you just haven't wacked a power FC on with out some sort of tuning. but then again i don't think i can really help you much its seems like the car is newer then mine, but my bet is that the ABS isn't working coz the sensor isn't working properly or set properly know how the abs system works. but i just can't imagine the wheel sensor has anything to do with how the engine is running.

Car is a Jza80 turbo. There was nothing wrong with the car before I did the wheel speed sensor . I also have a Racelogic traction control system fitted and in diagnostic mode showed all wheel speed sensors to be registering so I don't think it's that either.

Found the problem,Seems that when I refitted the battery a small wire that runs under the fuse box from the positive terminal had come away and was causing the a.b.s to stop working and the rough running.

Well Im happy now
