1ggze No spark!

Hey guys, been wiring up the gze on a stand. Now, i have wired it up as if it was in an engine bay, now. Only problem was when i got the loom, The following parts of the harness were cut!

AFM area, consisting of the AFM wires and igniter wires.
Diagnostics box

Now what i have done is used a 7mgte igniter, and parts of the 7mgte harness to patch up the loom. as all the plugs were the same, i simply cross referenced all the wires and pinouts, and where as i belive i have it correct, ive done my head in going over it, so im open for other ideas on what may be causing it.

I have done the following tests:
Metered out all the wiring as per diagram.
Tested CAS with occilloscope, appears to be generating a signal to the ecu.
Tested outputs such as EFI relay, they are getting 12v when the ecu is on.
Tested spark plugs

HOWEVER:

when i put a meter on the fuel pump relay wire, i do not receive any voltage what so ever, am i correct in expecting to get an initial fuel pump priming pulse, and then continuous 12v while cranking?
When cranking, IGF, IGT, IGA get no pulse, but IGB appears to have one... I have double checked the connections to the ecu and all is correct...so thats got me stuffed.
Tested other side of igniter, for a pulse to IG1 IG2 and IG3 but of course, nothing
