AE86 hub conversion

hey there

I'm after a bit of advice with regards to a hub conversion. I'm using a hilux diff and want to convert the front to the same 5x114.3 pattern, need something of similar offset, guessing i'll need to change the bearings or sleeve the stub axles.

has anyone done a similar convo and what'd you use? the possibility is there to have some whole hubs machined, but imagine the price!!!
