18R-C Emission Control Repair Manual Download

A friend of mine dug out this old repair manual from his archive.



It's the Toyota Emission Control Repair Manual for the 18R-C Engine. Published in April 1977 for Australia (and Sweden ).

It covers the 18R-C in Celica, Cressida, Corona and Hi-Ace vehicles. The Foreword says "this manual is for service personnel of Toyota Authorised Distributors and their dealers." I suppose that covers us, doesn't it?

It's 104 pages and the filesize is 5.09Mb. I've scanned it with Adobe Acrobat Pro so it's in PDF format.

Yes a few of us die hards still have one. I think ir is the rec covered one that has all the hoses and layout and emission setup.
I will have to dig it out and scan it to pdf to make it work on here. I will see what I can come up with.

I'm having trouble finding a copy of this manual. Did you end up uploading your copy somewhere? The emission control system on my ra28 has never been quite right...
