Power FC into JZA70, Extra plug???

Hey guys a quick question.

I plugged in my PFC into my JZA70 (manual) today and I'm left with an extra plug? its the on seperate from the 'serial plugs' has about 6 pins IIRC. I think I remember someone saying not to worry about it, but I wanted to check. Whats it for and is it a problem that its not plugged in? I haven't run it with out it plugged in yet, just in case....

Pic of the plug. It plugs in to a female connector dimpled out of the bottom back near where the rest of the 'serial plugs' are.

It's for the Diagnostic port for stock ECU, PowerFC does not use it.
