I thought the President ( ie Josh) was the ONLY one able to hold the proxy votes???
Do correct me if I'm wrong but thats what I thought happened?

you will tick a box on a form I'd say.
Thats how it usually works.

hmmm just out of curiosity, the person i nominated for Ordinary Committee Member doesn't appear to be on that shortlist....?

There was one nomination for ordinary member that was not completed, it only had the nomination, the person being nominated never filled in the rest of the form. We cannot accept a nomination unless it is complete.
