Its a long shot, but have you checked the starter motor is tight and correctly aligned? May be rubbing on the edge of the flywheel.

It could be the center bearing in the tailshaft. It is possible that when you accelerate or go to take off that this is "locking up" again and not making the noise. Although that wouldnt account for it happening when stationary.
I would be inclined to think that it is the front bearing of the T50, have you done an oil change on the gearbox yet? The oil could be somewhat low.

Thanks guys, will keep trying stuff.
Is not really a big deal to pull the box out on the weekend and try more things and indeed check out the spigot and thrust bearings.
Will change oils in gearbox and diff also,

Well,
I ended up changing,
Spigot Bush and Thrust Bearing.
This fixed the problem all good.
Is sooo good now!
