Sorry for digging up an old thread ...

did you end up completing this?? Pics of the install process maybe??

Which donor parts did you end up using? Did you change the handbrake to that of the link that was supplied on the first page or go an alternative route??

I didnt do it...gave up...all to hard

nah it was never going to be as neat as a factory install without use of muchos grandes spandoles (heaps of cash) so I threw in the towel

Came in manual ... with a little 1G-FE, but i cannot find anything more then what is listed there on it.....

Mr 1J ... i will continue to look into it .... if i become successul i will be sure to post any findings ... though as you say it will involve either a lot of cash ... or time and effort and bastardisation

but i will get there ...
