    there is stuff called 'bolt off' which is better than inox and only $10 a can from boltmasters or the like

    better then inox ?!?!? the only thing ive found better at unsticking things then inox is a 4" grinder.

    theres a really good product called "rost-off" (spelt that way too) which is great for undoing things like fused bolts ect...

    Hell yeah. I can vouch for Rost off. Friggin top shit. Ive used it on lots of stuff. Exhaust bolts. Soak-Re soak.. Undo.

    with mine i just belted it off, turned it round, cleaned up the faces a little n belted it back on. no dramas

    If the housing won't come off, shove a rag into the compressor outlet to protect the wheel, insert a big f*ck off bar, stand on the core and use the bar to rotate the housing.

    You can't really do that on a factory turbo - they have pins for indexing which need to be removed or moved to re-orient the housing.
    (Unless you've done it and neutered the pin in the process )
