    Default HELP: Fuel system

I have just ordered the extrusion for the fuel rail for my ITBed (45mm) 3TG, this is my first EFI conversion so im looking for confirmation on my fuel setup
    I am running:
-Facet lift pump (one of the bigger ones)
    -WALBRO GSS-341 main pump
    -1.7L (aprox) alloy surge tank
-Dash 8 fuel rail (regulator bolted directly on the end)
    -Sard fuel regulator
-Injectors (no idea yet, would like 60HP single spray)
-For soft lines i want to use speedflow 400 series (im sick of braided lines and cant afford the cotton stuff)
but not sure on size i was thinking dash 6?
and for hard lines i was gonna use the standard lines unless anyone has some clever suggestions (bigger better?)

    just for information
Im running twin injection perfection 45mm throttle bodies
    engine is a 3TG:
    - Bigger ports
    - Nitrided valves,
    - RR4 springs
    - Big cam
    - All new timing chains, tensioners and sliders
    - 87mm bore (once i get bloody pistons!!)
    - 10:1 comp (once i get bloody pistons!!!)
    - lightened fly wheel
    - custom clutch (started its life as a organic sport excedy)
    - bolted onto a T50 (possible P51 in near future)
ECU will be microtech or autronic (depends on budget at the time)

Any tips on the fuel system would be very appreciated
    Cheers

standard hard lines will be fine for EFI use - my 18rte is using the stock hard lines and most 1ggte installs use the original hard lines (and fwiw, Norbie's 2JGTE used the original 5me hard lines).

I'd suggest a stock EFI filter and mount so you can adapt the hard-line pipe to EFI-safe flexible hose adn then use factory fittings from teh filter up to the rail. RA65's have one mounted in the engine bay on drivers side - grab the hoses, mount and filter (for the part #) and work out how to fit into your car.

just remember 'no plain fuel hose after the EFI pump - only EFI-rated hose'. Work out what lengths of different ID's you're after then get it from a hose/fitting shop like pirtek or enzed.

btw: dont forget to put a low-flow filter upstream of the facet pump - something from a V8 will have good-sized fittings.

for soft hoses im running 400 series Speedflow hose and fittings (like a fancy rubber hose)
I will be running a Inline filter just after the EFI pump
