    Cool Re: Introductions.

Hi, my name's Lance, and I'm not a member as I live in QLD ... I work for Telstra Infrastructure Services

I drive none of my good cars atm, as they are all off the road in various stages ...

D1200: Datto 1200 Ute - 4AGZE, W58, Commodore Diff... currently cutting out rust
    4AG23: Celica 1976 - 4AG(ZE planned) W58, LSD... currently purchasing a new shell for
    1UZA28: Celica 1977 - 1UZFE (maybe some twins) A430E, G-series Trutrac ... waiting on diff

Dont know how i ended up with so many projects. Dont know when they'll ever get on the road, the days simply aren't long enough anymore. UZA28 has to be registered before i turn 29 however 4AG23 is just my daily driver car, nothing special. The datto is the car I make most of my mistakes in! It's all one big learning process after all...

Hello, my name is Chris Davey. Who would have guessed?

I have 2 cars. 1 is a canary yellow 1982 XT130 Corona with a 1jz-gte. Primary purpose is drag racing but is street registered. Unsure what class I will be racing in as I don’t fit into Sport RWD rules. As most others here, it is in progress but has been raced. Just not fast enough.

Other car is a yellow 1982 KE70 Corolla. It has a stock 4k and I intend on cutting the air box like OldCorollas said for some extra oomph.

I am an accountant and I live on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Currently, buying a block of land so I need to get my act into gear and run some decent numbers and try and get some sponsorship.

    Chris

Hi, my name's Dmitry. Currently own a ae82 hatch. Not too much done to it for 2 main reasons, just small things like rims tints etc...

    1) Still a poor uni student so there's not alot of funds to spend and the moment, which is why i can only afford to prepare the car for what lies ahead

    2) Current engine (4ac) ticked 61500km today so i think it's too "good" to replace. Will be doing 20V conversion after uni followed by 20V turbo

    Cheers...

    hey guys my names Ben...

very exciting stuff... i own a MS55 Crown which is one of the fastest things on the road in my opinion... with its hugely powerful 2M i think i have all those 18RGs covered... plus a 3speed column shift and what more could you want? after the HSC ive got a few things lined up for it though, a 7M-GE and a W58 are the notables... and once my exams are over i plan on becoming a "supporter" of this wonderful institution...

    see ya round

i'm Charles, i drive a hilux diesel ute during the daylight hours and at night i wonder what i have to do to my RA40 with it's custom turbo and EFI setup to make it go again.

When i get sick of all that, i look at my slowly corroding MA61 in shame, then in wonderment of how me and Wilbo are going to turn turn the world's cheapest MZ10 into a race car.

Every few weeks i do something with the Toyota Car Club Qld and am also the club magazine editor.

When i'm not turning into a potato in front of my home computer, i'm at work doing the same thing in a publishing/design group in a Qld gov't dep't. I've been doing this for nearly 10 years now and am getting right-fucking-sick of it so ..er..... sorry, that's mulch for another post
