Question for the Aw11 Guys regarding pop-up lights

hey guys. i have an 87 aw11 Aus delivered

i think i might have a problem with my headlights...but im not sure what it is

-if i turn my head lights on while the engine is not running, the lights pop up, but the actual light does not turn on...and the buzzer noise thing works to but sound retarded (i can remember it sounded different)
-and all my indicators turn on and dont flash if i use them...

-but if the car is running everything work fine as normal


is any of this normal...

i only really noticed the thing with the lights since one of my power windows stopped working.
