Hey all - stay tuned .. as always when I organise a drag night - the weather goes pear shaped for 2 or 3 hours, resulting in the cancellation of drags..

    this time is no exception:

Wednesday Late shower risk. Min 17 Max 26
So we'll have to see as the day gets closer as to wether the prediction will change.
But its possible it may be moved to 20th

nah - its all good man, you have a pretty good participation record, so I'll let you off.

We got a few more interested parties from Supra forums - so could be a good night.

Unless a miracle happens, i'm not sure the MRS is going to make it this week

Can't find out why there's no power to the starter motor...

Anyone know a miracle maker? It potentially requires another 8-10 hours of work from a someone with experience, or 20-30 hours from me.

V160 doesn't have a removable bellhousing, but as it's for the 2JZ it'll just bolt to the 1JZ, as for clutch kit just use one for the 2JZ/V160 combo

I do recall reading that you'll need to "massage" the tranny tunnel with a hammer a little bit to make it fit and then there's the shifter location being a little further back than the R154/W58 in the A70 Supra also, plus custom tail shaft I'm assuming would be required.

some info on V160 into A70 chassis is here (amongst some other stuff also )
