I go for the social aspect of it, its great catching up with all the interstarters guys

has anyone entered the say 1/8th mile and broken a diff/gearbox/axle/tailshaft etc etc???
if so, how much was teh tow back home to say sydney?

I can't remember this happening at Dubbo sorry. But you can garentee it will be a small fortune to get it home to Sydney from there unless you can con someone with a strong enough car to bring it back for you on a car trailer.

yeah i know of a diff thAt went on the wsy to dubbo, we got the guy towed back with a car trailer and a diff brought up. Diff got changed in the car park.

Stuffing it on the sunday at the drags WILL be a different story all together as there won't be kind people heading up on sunday afternoon just to come home again sunday night/monday morning with replacement diffs
