He was a spastic! And, a dunderclump.

He had kids in the car and there were other cars on the road. If he wanted to speed like he did he should of done it alone and where there were no other cars around. That guy just reinforced my perception of drivers of large 4WDs.

I think Achemist was behind me when he overtook me, saw oncoming traffic, and nearly took the front of my car off when he cut in.

even tho i won't be driving it....Bells line > Great Western.

Whenever i go to sydney i go via Bells line...i find the drive much more enjoyable then going through Katoomba

Note that bathurst could be a bottle neck due to the race meet, does anyone have space in a room, I should know whether I can come in 2 weeks when uni starts back.

I'd definitely put two hands up for that - You might need to figure out a different meeting spot though..

Sounds like a good plan, it was a joke through the mountains last year, my clutch aint the lightest in the world, and up and down all those hills for the hour or so it took us blew chunks....

Bells line seemed like a nice drive on the way back too, would be great to do with less traffic.

I'm also thinking with the Race meet in Bathurst, maybe give it a miss, a convoy of 20+ cars with traffic isn't the best....

Whilst watching out for any near by barriers to run into with a close eye on my engine temps incase my thermos arn't running....

Seriously though, I'm sure your cars clutch is pretty heavy(knowing Ed) so I doubt you would have had much fun...think Sydney peak hour, with lots of hills and stupid 4WDs...

So long as we can cruise at a decent speed. Last trip to Dubbo we were stuck behind this slow, lumbering Crown that was towing a trailer.
