I think Achemist was behind me when he overtook me, saw oncoming traffic, and nearly took the front of my car off when he cut in.

even tho i won't be driving it....Bells line > Great Western.
Whenever i go to sydney i go via Bells line...i find the drive much more enjoyable then going through Katoomba

Note that bathurst could be a bottle neck due to the race meet, does anyone have space in a room, I should know whether I can come in 2 weeks when uni starts back.

Sounds like a good plan, it was a joke through the mountains last year, my clutch aint the lightest in the world, and up and down all those hills for the hour or so it took us blew chunks....Originally Posted by TheStitt
Bells line seemed like a nice drive on the way back too, would be great to do with less traffic.
I'm also thinking with the Race meet in Bathurst, maybe give it a miss, a convoy of 20+ cars with traffic isn't the best....

Seriously though, I'm sure your cars clutch is pretty heavy(knowing Ed) so I doubt you would have had much fun...think Sydney peak hour, with lots of hills and stupid 4WDs...
Hi,
So long as we can cruise at a decent speed. Last trip to Dubbo we were stuck behind this slow, lumbering Crown that was towing a trailer.Originally Posted by TheStitt

I was totally the opposite, the 2J was strugling to keep up with the power of the mighty 18RG! I hope I get stuck behind someone slower this time.....Originally Posted by river
