Drags will cost $80. Show 'n' Shine is $10 or $15, I can't remember exactly, it will all be on the entry form when it's posted up. It's honestly worth just coming and staying at the hotel, as that's where most of the action happens

As for the poor-uni-student-driving-from-other-side-of-country discounts you could email Grant, but I'd say with some certainty that it's a fixed price event it's not run for profit, just enough to run and pay for stuff.

general question for those seasoned Toymodder's that go to this event... what time does everyone usually lob at the Matilda? and if people were to leave on a cruise for Dubbo, what time would you head off?

I'd leave that to Stitt, who is now the Official Cruise Dude so it seems.........Usually we meet up somewhere on the M4 at the Servos around 8 or 9am to try to beat the traffic over the mountains and cruise out there in a nice relaxed fasion getting to the Matilda in the early afternoon, or maybe go by Bathurst this year, or get attack by a madman in a 4WD....those who went last year will know what I'm talking about....

I was certainly cruising at a very leisurely pace, with one of NSW's finest sitting on my arse for an hour or so! Your good friend in the landcruiser, he was a nutter

It was from Bathurst to Orange roughly wasn't it Matt? I recall thinking to myself that he was going to pull into the Maccas at Orange with us
