    Default 3SGTE Intercooler Upgrade Options

I Am looking at up grading the standard intercooler in my Gen1 3SGTE and was curious to know if anyone else has done this and what was involved with compleating the work. Also i am not too keen on kicking the Sub-Radiator to make room for a large intercooler at the front as i would like to keep my A/C (once it is all fixed) in the car so any pointers in getting around this problem would be great. And finaly what intercooler would you experts recomend. i am hopeing to pump some major Kw outta this engine latter on down the track

    Thanks Guys

a pwr or similar water to air, a 450x300 even a 600x300... air to air. will still fit behind with aircon intact

hoping and going to are 2 different things, things change, i wouldnt go spending 1500 on an intercooler setup. other will disagree but the ebay coolers for the money you can't go past very cheap , kept my celica temps down , and the hilux temps down just as much, for 150 bucks you cant go wrong.

shoe horn it into place, with the air con still in, you may have to cut a little out of the back of the bumper but thats no big drama, its been a while since i had my 162, but i remember right the radiator sat inside/flush with the outside of tghe radiator suport, if so the front mount will fit in without cutting.
