    Default Quality of Catco Cats?

What are peoples experiences with catco catalytic convertors? Im running a 3inch 'high flo' one on my aw11 turbo, and suspect its having flow issues as i wind the boost up around 20psi.

are you really ythat concerned if it cuts down emissions a lot? Flow wise, most cats are very similar. It is mufflers where you get your quality. Gonzos are teh best.

I dont give a toss about emissions. I only run one so the popo dont bust a nut in my arse. And its getting extremely hot, ie glowing, which is a hazard as it burnt interior carpet.

If it's getting that hot, sure you don't have tuning issues?

Its a little bit of everything, but im still skeptical about the catco cat.... That wasnt while driving it was while the car was stationary on a dyno.

sounds like the cat is almost blocked? does your car burn a biot of oil? blow smoke? as that kills/blocks them op pretty quick,

we use catco's at work, never had an issue with them yet,

best thingis to get a cat shell.....or if its to restrictive go for a larger 3.5 or 4.0 inch, (but in that size they are VERY pricey!)

No oil and not running rich. But still, i took the car for a 15min drive, a bit of boost etc. got it home, felt the inside of the boot and it was quite hot to touch in such a short time
