no the 18rgeu is still on atm i broke half the thread on it. Will take it off sun-mon if i can get some free time but they look like the same length on the outside but dont know about the piston size thing on the inside

You would be surprised how expensive these are to "make"
I have talked to a few plastics guys and delrin/acetel which is probly the plastic you would use isnt cheap, but getting it machines and bonded would make expensive and + minimum orders etc, ill talk to my plastic guys again and get a proper quote.
If there is enough intrest they might do a run of them.
you send guides they come back with nice new plastic.
only one thats not worth doing is the lower tensioner casue there cheap and would be a PITA
